Filling Instructions:

Place inner tube inside of tube cover, distributing evenly throughout the cover. Fill the inner tube with air until it is evenly rounded, and reaches approximately 44" wide by 13" high. It will register "0" PSI on a pressure gauge! If the inner tube starts to fold, or crease, it is full.
